What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Mathilda & Moon purchase. If for any reason it does not work out, you may return within 30 days of delivery. 

Items must be unused, unwashed, an d in their original packaging. Personalized items are final sale.

How do I start a return?

Please email our Client Care team info@mathildaandmoon.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Once return item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, minus a $10 return shipping fee to cover insured postage and handling.

Can I return personalized items?

Personalized pieces are made just for you and are final sale. Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.
