We use 100% pure 22-momme 6A Mulberry silk, OEKO-TEX® certified for purity and safety. “Momme” is the measure of silk’s weight and density —22-momme is considered the gold standard for luxury bedding and sleepwear, offering the perfect balance of softness, durability and shine.

Our silk helps to reduce friction on skin and hair, minimizing tangles, frizz, and sleep creases. It’s temperature-regulating, keeping you cool in summer and warm in winter. Naturally hypoallergenic and moisturizing, it supports healthy skin, hair, and sleep — for adults and children alike.

Unlike cotton, which absorbs moisture and can dry out skin and hair, Mulberry silk naturally retains hydration. And while satin is a synthetic weave, silk is a natural fiber, breathable and gentle on even the most sensitive skin. The result: a smoother complexion, shinier hair, and more restful sleep.

Hand-wash or machine-wash on delicate with cold water and pH-neutral detergent. Air-dry or tumble-dry on low. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals.

Yes. You can add custom embroidery to pillowcases. Please allow 5–10 business days for our artisans to complete the embroidery.

Orders ship within 1 business day. Personalized items require up to 10 business days before shipping. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on its way.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and remote areas may require additional time in transit.

Complimentary standard shipping is available for U.S. mainland orders over $100.
Orders under $100 ship via ground for a flat rate of $9. Priority shipping is also available at checkout for $15 fee.

For Hawaii, Alaska a $20 flat-rate shipping fee applies due to higher carrier costs.

We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 day of delivery. Please note that personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes. During the holiday season (November 15 – December 25), we offer extended returns until January 10 for all eligible purchases. This allows your loved ones to exchange or return gifts with ease after the holidays.

Please email our Client Care team info@mathildaandmoon.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Once return item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, minus a $10 return shipping fee to cover insured postage and handling.
